I’m blessed to be home with my baby. Just looking for quick and easy lunch ideas for myself. I keep eating junk

I do oatmeal bakes - you can freeze or keep cut squares in the fridge. Easily warm up for a filling breakfast or lunch. I often eat one with a bowl or cup of yogurt

Chicken and rice casserole! I use cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom.

I love breakfast foods, so I typically prep egg white omelettes for the week. I’ll add spinach, mushroom, cheese, and whatever else I have on hand. If I don’t prep it beforehand…it’s popcorn and an olipop

wraps or lunch meat rolls ups! Or salads with chicken tenders. Easy to pickup on the weekend and last all week.

Leftovers (i make big portions at dinner so me and hubby both have lunch next day), loooots of sandwiches , pasta (the healthy ones made of chickpeas & cauliflower) packed with veggies. Others days l do air fryer nuggets and fries or have a biig breakfast. I really try to eat healthy but somedays it’s not do-able lol,
I recently found this account on instagram that does a lot of “one dish” recipes that Im q to try this week!
